How I fixed My Eye Wrinkles

Eye wrinkles are a problem expressed by so many women as they age. I wanted to share with you how I drastically improved the appearance of my eyes without surgery. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for surgery when it’s needed, but I always try to make improvements on my own before I decide to invest in surgical intervention.

Here’s what my eyes looked like a decade ago compared to now…..

The key to success is consistency and reminding yourself that these results do not happen over night. It’s very similar to getting fit, it requires consistent effort over time. The same goes for skincare and facial rejuvenation. My passion for facial rejuvenation started years ago. It’s easy to feel as though the efforts are futile, but I can promise you that with consistency, and the willingness to learn, you will be amazed at the results you can achieve on your own.

Here are my ten steps to improving the eye area! I’ve improved other areas of my face as well, but today we’ll focus on the eyes.

  1. Monthly Microneedling – People do not give enough credit to the benefits of microneedling. The needling alone, not to mention the skin boosters you can use with needling, help to build much needed collagen and elastins in the skin. I use a Dr. Pen M8 that has been going strong for nearly a decade now. Lately I’ve been loving Juve Face from Acecosm.com discount code STACY10, which contains polyneucleotides to improve the skin both on a surface and cellular level. This product is actually priced really well for the ingredient profile, which reminds me a lot of Rejuran Healer which was more than double the price. I have free educational videos on all of this at Rumble.com/GorgeouslyAging
  2. Tox – Tox around the eye softens the obicularis oculi muscle that causes squinting, crows feet and under eye wrinkles. By treating the muscle around the eye, it provides a smoothing effect in the eye area and a lifting effect of the later aspect of the eyebrow. I use Dehantox also from Acecosm.com. My discount code gives customers 10% off site wide. I also have educational videos on this process, that you can watch on my Rumble channel.
  3. Mesotherapy – Mesotherapy is tiny injections of a skin booster very shallow into the skin. I do a mesotherapy treatment every other month, which includes mesotherapy around the eyes. My go to booster for the eye area is Juve Eyes, also from Acecosm. I’ve trusted Acecosm for my facial rejuvenation for years. Their products are high quality and authentic. I fully trust this company for all of my facial rejuvenation product needs. Juve Eyes is also a polyneucleotide based skin booster specific for the eye area. This product can be microneedled into the skin or applied with a mesotherapy technique.
  4. PDO Threads – Threads have been a really important part of my facial rejuvenation journey. They create an incredible webbing under the skin and leave behind natural collagen as a support system as we age. Threads can be a safer alternative to filler or used in conjunction with filler. I find them to be an incredibly valuable tool in supporting and restoring volume and support in the aging face. For under the eyes I like PDO screw threads in 25mm length from Acecosm. I repeat this once a year as needed.
  5. Under Eye Filler – I do use a small amount of filler under my eyes for tear trough and under eye volume loss, but very rarelly. I’ve treated my under eyes with filler only 3 times in ten years. When I do treat them I used Tesoro Deep with Lidocaine from Acecosm.com discount code STACY10 – All of my videos can be found on Rumble.com/GorgeouslyAging
  6. TCA Peels – I try to do a TCA Peel twice a year on my face, neck, and chest. It’s much easier than you might thing and it has so many benefits to skin tone, texture, and pigmentation. It also makes the pores look so much nicer. I’ve talked to dermatologist that say that regular TCA Peels actually can have a better result over time than CO2 laser. Not to mention its safe, easy and inexpensive to do at home. I get my TCA Peel products from Platinum Skin Care discount code STACY10
  7. Nira Laser – There are so many devices out there that are just a waste of money. A good at home laser is absolutely worth the investment. I use mine 4-7 times a week around my eyes. I also have the Nira Pro, which is the larger laser to do my whole face, neck and chest. You can check out the Nira Precision Laser and NIra Pro Laser here. Discount code Stacy10 for 10% off.
  8. Red LED Mask – Red LED Mask is well studied to have anti aging benefits, and it’s a device I’ve used consistently for a decade. I started off which a very expensive mask from England. I now use a much more affordable mask from Megelin. Discount code STACY10
  9. ESTROGEN – I use a prescribed estrogen patch and an over the counter estrogen cream. Both truly help with skin quality and holding back the rapid onset of aging that is caused by menopause. Estrogen patches that are prescibed are a different form of estrogen than topical estrogen for the face. The topical estrogen can be found here.
  10. Sunscreen – You’ve probably heard it over and over, but sun protection truly is critical to prevention of aging. If we are going to put in the effort to improve wrinkles, hyperpigmentation and volume loss of the skin, it’s profoundly important to prevent continued damage and the undoing of the progress we make through the efforts listed above. Beyond daily sunscreen, consider wearing hats and avoiding prolonged sun exposure. Lately I’ve been using the Kopari Bright as Day Sheer Mineral Sunscreen which is beautiful on mature skin.
  11. Consistency – Try to be as consistent as possible in your efforts. Even if you only choose one thing from this list above, try to do it with consistency. You’ll be amazed when you look back at the improvement your efforts will show in your skin over time.

Perfecting Tox // Rentox

For many of us as we age, tox is a big part of keeping wrinkles at bay. It’s the relaxing of specific muscles that allows us to keep the forehead smooth, prevent crows feet, and get rid of the 11s that develop between the eyebrows from a strong furrowing expression.

Over the years I’ve tried many different toxins from around the world. To date, my favorite tox is Rentox. This product is available at Acecosm.com Discount code STACY10 for 10% off site wide.

This video will outline my most recent “perfected” dosing of Rentox along with mapping, depth and safety considerations.

Tox Series Episode 2 – Smoothing the Forehead & 11’s

I’ve relied on Botox for years to treat my deep horizontal forehead wrinkles. It was the first “big” anti aging treatment I tried. For me, with an incredibly strong frontalis muscle, it was a game changer. Here’s the truth, Rentox out performs Botox and Dysport based on my experience and kicks in much faster. It’s the best tox I’ve tried, and I’ve tried at least a dozen different toxins.

One of the first complaints I hear from women regarding their appearance is their concern for the forehead wrinkles and the 11’s between the eyes. This video will showcase how tox is used to smooth those areas and turn back the hands of time.

WHAT’S WORTH BUYING?

Acecosm is one of my preferred vendors. I’ll let you in on a little secret. I have other affiliates that actually pay me more, but Acecosm has been incredible in communication and being a supportive partner. I trust their ethics and integrity and know they care about doing right by their customers. That’s always been inportant to me, and while I could promote another company that pays me a higher affiliate commission, I have a great deal of trust and respect for Acecosm. The following products are my recommendations, but I can honestly say that nothing I’ve used from Acecosm has been a dissapointment to me. Some products have been standouts and I’ll share those products in the video below.

Where to buy Innotox & Botox Touch Up Video

As many of you passionate DIyers know, Innotox was removed from the market after some red tape issues with licensure. These issues did not effect the safety of Innotox and it is now available to purchase from many vendors. The vendor I use and trust most for their commitment to customer service and excellent storage and handling is Acecosm.com You can use the discount code STACY10 for 10% off site wide. See the video “Botox Touch Up” below.

The primary benefit of Innotox is that it comes in ready to use liquid form. Although mixing toxin is quite easy, and I’ve grown to love several toxins that require reconstitution with sterile saline to use, the convenience of Innotox has made it a popular choice. It was the first toxin I used as a DIYer and one that I would definitely use again.

Innotox Available at Acecosm.com

Discount Code STACY10

To date the toxins I love most are Rentox and Toxta for how fast they kick in. In two days, I’m already seeing/feeling the tox do it’s work. (Also available at Acecosm.com)

DIY Botox | Smoothing the 11s | Before & After

Forehead wrinkles, especially those between the eyebrows, seem to be one of the most common complains among aging women. After years of spending a small fortune in med spas, I committed to continued education and study to feel confident treating myself at home.

Please note that all information on this website is for research only. This is not medical advice or instruction. You are always in the best hands with a trained professional. Having said that, with the study of facial anatomy, muscle dynamics, and injection depth, toxin is much easier than you’d expect. You can find more detailed videos at my private patreon group here.

Crows Feet Toxin | Wrinkle Treatment

Although I started my Botox journey treating the horizontal lines in my forehead when I was 35, it wasn’t until the past few years that I started treating the crows feet area. Honestly, this has never been a huge concern for me given my forehead was such a priority, and my budget for in office treatment was limited. Like most women, I can’t afford to spend THOUSANDS at a med spa to treat the signs of aging. Once I dedicated myself to DIY, I decided to treat the fine lines around my eyes on my own; more as way to prevent crows feet than to treat what was already there. Having said that, looking back at older photos, I actually had more crows feet lines than I realized. I’m super happy (and feel empowered) to be able to treat and prevent these signs of aging on my own. (See video below)

The vendor I used for this toxin is Acecosm.com

Discount Code is STACY10 for 10% off site wide.

Here’s my recent crows feet toxin video! Thank you so much for watching and supporting Gorgeously Aging.

Sending Love & Hugs. Be good to yourselves and to others,

Please note that I’ve had 30 years in the beauty and aesthetics industry and have taken the study of DIY toxin very seriously. It’s not something to jump into without research and a full understanding of what you’re doing. This is not medial advice or instruction. I’m simply sharing my journey in hopes it may help other women through their own aging journey. You’re always in the best hands with a trained medical professional. *most links are affiliates

Botox Facial | Baby Tox

When I first heard of the Botox facial, also called the Babytox Facial, I was skeptical to say the least. I thought this was just another way for the medical community to charge a premium for toxin. The more I studied, the more curious I was and wanted to see how my skin responded to this treatment

The Botox Facial (Any tox can be used) is a shallow depth treatment effecting the skin only and not the underlying muscle. It can be done at shallow depth with a microneedling Pen, Dermaroller, or stamp. The benefits include refined pore size, tighter skin, improvement of fine lines and wrinkles and increased skin luminosity. I shoot for a schedule of every 2-3 months for my tox facials at home.

Please keep in mind that I do have a background in Aesthetics and have been in the beauty industry for over 30 years as a spa owner. Although this is a very easy treatment to do, caution is required when microneedling and handling toxin.
